The New Zealand Tunnelling Society is a collaborative, technical society which promotes the use and development of tunnelling best practices in New Zealand.

The Society provides a forum for social interaction, participation and development for tunnelling practitioners and a shared understanding of the value of underground space for government, planners and the community.

Membership provides access to technical resources and networking opportunities with a diverse group of professionals from planning, design, construction, and health safety and environment sectors. 

Individual members enjoy access to regular technical presentations and publications from the NZTS and ITA and reduced fees to the NZTS Short Course.  

Corporate membership is provided to NZTS sponsors. Corporate members receive the same access to technical presentations and publications, plus advertisement opportunities on the NZTS website and events.
